Originally from New Jersey just across the Delaware River from Philadelphia I grew up learning various aspects of construction.  Upon graduating from High School I joined the United States Army before attending Rutgers University.  My family and I relocated to Phoenix in 2005 after spending a little over a decade working as a foreman for a construction company.

I became a licensed salesperson in 2005 shortly after moving to the valley.  I currently hold an Arizona Department of Real Estate Broker’s  License, a GRI® designation (Graduate, REALTOR® Institute), an ABR®  designation (Accredited Buyer Representattive), and  a Forever Agent Coaching Certification. For more than 18 years, I’ve worked full-time representing  buyers and sellers with the purchase, sale and leasing of residential properties. During this time, I’ve acquired an extensive knowledge of the local  real estate market and have developed the skills necessary to guide agents and customers through the real  estate transaction. 

I recognize that each agent’s needs are unique and I strive to fulfill them. Whether an associate is assisting a client in buying or selling a primary residence, purchasing or selling a rental investment property,  my focus has always been on providing exceptional leadership and guidance.  

Since moving to the leadership side of real estate in 2015, my business has been primarily focused on growing the organization by recruiting talented, professional real estate agents looking to grow their business. I also have a passion to assist new agents who have chosen real estate sales as a career path. My goal is to teach, mentor and coach  agents while sharing the knowledge I have acquired over the last 18 years. I strive to create and maintain a  culture that supports the agents and staff, while emphasizing a family-like environment. I have an extensive  knowledge of real estate contract negotiations, a true understanding of the fiduciary obligation to our clients  and an ability to use a common-sense approach to problem-solving. I have the experience and knowledge to  delve into complicated and challenging transactions which will provide positive and favorable results for all  persons involved. I’ve lived and worked in the Phoenix area for nearly 20 years and have developed personal and  business relationships within the real estate community which are beneficial to everyone I work with.
